Our STUDIO Classes

Our Studio group fitness classes are instructor-led workouts done together in a supportive, high-energy group setting. These classes typically focus on strength, cardio, mobility, or recovery, using a variety of equipment or bodyweight movements to keep workouts engaging and effective. They’re designed for all levels, offering motivation, community, and a fun way to stay consistent with your fitness routine.

STUDIO BARRE

Our Signature Barre class!  You’ll engage in a series of low-impact exercises that target major muscle groups, recruit accessory muscles, and help to build strength and endurance  without compromising form. Our instructors will guide you through the basics, ensuring you develop a solid foundation while encouraging  deeper awareness of your body. For all levels & great for first timers!

BARRE REPUBLIC

A step up from the OG (Studio Barre) format. This elevated 60-minute Full Body Barre class focuses on
breath, alignment, and technique while challenging you with dynamic, compound movement.
Our experienced instructors will emphasize proper
alignment and effective technique, ensuring you achieve maximum benefits
from each movement while minimizing the risk of injury.
Each class is a balanced blend of targeted
exercises that challenge your strength and endurance.
*If you are new to Barre, we strongly recommend starting with our Studio Barre class.

BARRE REP 45

Experience the energizing flow of our 45-minute Full Body Barre class,
designed to tone and sculpt your entire body. This fast-paced session
combines the best elements of barre, pilates, and strength
training, providing a comprehensive workout that targets the whole body.  Similar to our Barre Republic class, but condensed into a 45‑minute format.
*If you are new to Barre, we strongly recommend starting with our Studio Barre class

STUDIO STRENGTH

Experience our Studio Strength class, where we combine heavier weights with an upbeat tempo for an invigorating workout! This dynamic class emphasizes intentional breathwork while incorporating a Pilates flare to enhance flexibility and core strength. Tune into your body as you lift, sculpt, and tone, all while moving to energizing music. Join us to build strength, improve endurance, and feel empowered in every rep!

STUDIO MAT

This fuse‑style class combines grounded mat work with dynamic standing sequences to build strength, balance, and body awareness. Using light weights, Pilates balls, rings, blocks, and resistance bands, you’ll deepen your mind‑body connection while developing endurance and stability. Expect slower, intentional movement and low‑impact exercises designed to awaken deep core support and enhance full‑body stability. The experience is mindful and precise, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and control.

STUDIO RESTORE

A restorative, candlelit class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and move with intention. Through gentle, mindful movement and deep stretching, this session focuses on rejuvenating the body, calming the mind, and supporting recovery. Welcoming and accessible for all levels, STUDIO RESTORE is your time to reset, restore, and leave feeling renewed.

Our REFORMER Classes

The Reformer is a specialized piece of Pilates equipment that uses springs, straps, and a moving carriage to create resistance and support throughout your workout. It helps build strength, stability, flexibility, and control while allowing movements to be both challenging and low-impact on the joints. The Reformer can be adjusted for all levels, making it a versatile tool for beginners through advanced clients.

Your first Reformer experience with us starts here...

Move with intention in Reformer Flow, a graceful, flowing class designed to connect breath, body, and movement.  Using the Reformer you'll experience seamless transitions that enhance flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, all while cultivating strength and balance.

Perfect for those seeking a mindful, energized, and restorative Reformer experience.

All levels welcome - first timers must complete 1 Reformer Flow class prior to attending our Reformer Republic

REFORMER REPUBLIC

Must take at least 1 Reformer Flow class prior to attending our Reformer Republic

Step into Reformer Republic, where strength meets grace in a full-body, athletic Pilates experience. Using the Reformer, you'll challenge your core, build lean muscle, & improve flexibility with intentional controlled movements.  This class is designed for those who want to push their limits, refine their form, and leave feeling stronger, longer, & more empowered.

REFORMER JUMP

This class requires completion of Reformer Flow & Reformer Republic - First timers not permitted

Take your Reformer practice to new heights with Reformer Jump, a dynamic class that combines precision, agility, and strength through spring-loaded jumping sequences. Engage your core, challenge your coordination, and elevate your performance with every controlled jump. Perfect for those ready to move with energy while maintaining a low-impact workout.
