3. Studio Policies

You agree to abide by all posted studio rules and instructions from staff, including but not limited to:

  • Class registration and cancellation policies

  • Proper attire and conduct

  • Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow clients

  • Use of equipment as instructed

Failure to comply with studio policies may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • All fees for classes, memberships, workshops, and events must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Cancellations for classes or appointments must comply with our cancellation policy, which is outlined on our website or at the time of booking.
     

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Studio Republic, including class formats, logos, branding, media, text, and website design, is the intellectual property of Inspired Collective Movement Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
