HOW DO I BOOK & BUY?

We have our very own app - STUDIO REPUBLIC. You can buy, book, and manage your account via the app. Our booking system opens every Sunday at 1pm. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance. To be respectful of other members, please only book classes you intend to participate in.

HOW EARLY DO I SHOW UP BEFORE MY CLASS?

We have a strict policy to please arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit to the studio.

Important: Classes start on time, and late arrivals will not be permitted to join once class has started. This helps keep our classes safe, focused, and enjoyable for everyone. 
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO ENSURE you are welcomed and set up properly.
 
For returning clients please arrive 5 minutes before, as classes will start on time and late comer's will not be permitted to jump in once classes have started.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING

Your self, your energy, and a water bottle.... we provide mats.
GRIP SOCKS are a MUST for all Reformer classes.... Grip socks are suggested for all other studio classes but bare feet are optional (WE SELL GRIP SOCKS IN STUDIO)

WHAT CLASSES SHOULD I TAKE IF I'M NEW TO REFORMER & BARRE?

If you are new to our studio and looking to book a Reformer class, it is required you must start out with our REFORMER FLOW. This class will move a little slower than a Reformer Republic and introduce the fundamentals. Must arrive at least 5 minutes before class for a proper tour of the machine. No exceptions.
STUDIO BARRE is our OG Barre workout and we highly recommend starting with this class if you are new to BARRE but not required as long as you arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins so we can set you up for success!

WHERE DO I PARK?

Please use only designated 2-Hour Visitor parking (there are 18 of these spots all around our complex), spots numbered 109, or street parking.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN NUMBERED SPOTS OTHER THAN 109 during business hours. 
Weekends and evenings are OK!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M ON THE WAITLIST?

Please note that you will be notified via email up to 2 hours prior to a class if a spot opens up for you. If you can no longer make the class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation and no-show fees. Our 12 hour cancellation policy applies to waitlist reservations.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We offer a 12‑hour rolling cancellation window for all memberships and credit packages. To avoid penalties or loss of credit, please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.
Late cancellations will result in a forfeited credit or a $20 fee, unless you have contacted the Studio (via email or phone) in advance of your booking. Members who do not show up for their class are subject to a $25 charge. (these penalties also apply to waitlist reservations if you get into the class).

WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR YOUR CLASSES?

Our group classes have a minimum age requirement of 15 yrs with parent consent. We do offer specialized private training for elite athletes of all ages. Please email us to find out more - info@studiorepublic.ca

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE REFORMER SESSIONS?

Yes, whether you are looking for a private, semi-private, or group event, we can host up to 10 participants per session. We look forward to customizing your private training to accommodate your needs. You can find book your session through the "PRIVATE TRAINING" tab on the SCHEDULE page.
